DISCUSSION
The chakras are seen to be intermediaries
for energy transfer and conversion between body and mind. For example-When
the Yogis, who have been buried underground for long period of time through
the activation of vishuddhi chakra, which controls hunger and thirst and
enables one to subsists on subtle energy in the form of amrit (nectar).
Like this the physical energy can be transformed into subtle energy through
the practice on chakras. And that physical energy can be converted into
mental energy within the physical dimension.
